His greatest desire is to see all people return to God and enjoy abundant life.
Chelsey carefully balances family and ministry with his many endeavors including music production, acting, writing music, writing books, guest radio personality, and singing. Ever busy, yet always ready to lend his unique brand of heavenly truth.

The Name Behind the Mission
In old English, "Chelsey" means seaport. Pastor Simms lives up to that meaning every day — serving as a place of rest, refueling, and renewal for all who cross his path. Whether through the pulpit, his books, his music, or his presence in the community, he is committed to moving people to the next place God has for them.
